At TSYS, I spent two years (2021–2022) focused on one of the most critical phases of the customer lifecycle: the Target Early Month On Book (EMOB) campaign.
This project was a masterclass in data-driven marketing. Using proprietary software, our team tracked everything from open rates to post-distribution transactions. My specific mission was to take high-fidelity designs from Periscope and turn them into intelligent, responsive emails.
It was a high-stakes environment where precision mattered. I was responsible for the complex variable logic that powered our personalization—ensuring that credit balances, custom fields, and promotional offers were 100% accurate for every user. Over the course of the project, I coded and validated 185 unique emails, ensuring they performed flawlessly on every device and screen size.
