AT&T Summit is the pinnacle of employee achievement. The 2015 event had 2 different destinations and I produced the teaser trailers that led up to the event. The Loews Miami destination was one of two videos I produced. The goal year over year is to make it grander, more exciting and push for engagement. The challenge in the video projects is that AT&T refines the brand very often and sometimes as new brands are kicked off we also tease the new look. For this video the water color backgrounds where used that later was showcased in most of AT&T print, signage and digital communications. Working with the brand team also posses time constraints as it has to be within brand specs. Fortunately these programs are run for the employees so the rules can bend and allow my creativity to add that extra wow factor.
The success of this video is in having the entire AT&T company view the video in order to drive sales growth and reward those members who are willing to reach for the top. It’s always an honor to work on these videos and getting positive feed back from the team.
